Ropes Course Facilitation Level I and II: Leading the Group From the Ground to the Trees - 2012-05-17

North Coast Adventure Centers Ropes Course Facilitator Trainings covers skills including the experiential learning cycle, dynamics of choice and group norms/agreements, low ropes course facilitation, belay school, high ropes course facilitation, basic rescue skills, and basic behavior management. These 40 hours are one of two parts (Adventure Training) that you need to become a Ropes Course Facilitator (Homework and 1 course immersion required for certification). Level I and II offered - Level II must demonstrate past trainings and facilitation prior to the first day of the training.
May 17-18, 5pm-9pm at Far North Climbing Gym, 10th and K in Arcata, CA
May 19 -20, 9-5 daily at the Arcata Ropes Course, Redwood Park, CA
May 26-27, 9-5 daily at the Arcata Ropes Course, Redwood Park, CA
