Adventure Therapy

Providing Adventure Opportunities assisted by a Therapeutic Team

North Coast Adventure Centers is working with Santiam Crossing Boarding School to deliver a "first-of-its-kind" Professional Development Certification Program.  PDCP @ SC - Students will earn up to six certificates while enrolled at Santiam Crossing and some courses will include the option of college credits. Santiam Crossing is partnering with North Coast Adventure Centers and other nationally recognized organizations to provide this program.  Santiam Crossing and North Coast Adventure Centers - Breaking New Ground.

*Humboldt State University Extended Education courses (California State University) offered to Juniors and above with a 3.0 GPA or greater.

Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
Ropes Course Facilitator Level I (*2 units)
River Rafting Guide (*3 units)  
Rescue Three International, Whitewater Rescue Technician   
Red Cross Wilderness First Aid and CPR   

Wilderness First Responder
Wildland Firefighter Certification
Mountain Bike Guide Technician I (*2 units)
Leave No Trace Trainer Certification
Rock Climbing Top Rope Guide I (*2 units)
