Become a Rock Instructor/Guide:  You will learn all aspects of gym management and operations including: Customer service, teaching techniques, safety, top roping and belay in the gym, auto belays, liability issues, memberships, handling payments, shoe rentals, dealing with customer conflicts, kids in the gym and much more. 

You will also learn how to set up our 24 foot portable rock wall including site considerations and crowd management. We will explore how to use a portable rock wall as both a recreational and an element in an experiential program.
