Segways provide a fun an exciting new way to travel and experience the outdoors.  Today Segway tours can be found in almost any city or tourist area.  The goal of the is course is to prepare you to lead tours of both experienced and inexperienced Segway riders.  The course begins with the basics of Segway riding. We will teach you a systematic way to train new riders, develop their confidence and ensuring their safety during your tour. We will focus on developing your ability to see and understand conditions that can present hazards to Segway riders.  You will discover ways to engage your clients, manage a group of Segway riders, deal with an overly confidant rider, and handle someone who can’t ride. We will also discuss dealing with breakdowns, collisions with objects or non participants, client falls and other mishaps that can occur.
