Mountain Bike Guide
Mountain Bike Guide Training is a two day, comprehensive, session that will endow the participant with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to share the excitement of Mountain Biking with others. Mountain Biking is a rapidly growing industry, with many riding destinations emerging nationally and internationally. The skills acquired in this training are a perfect foundation if you are interested in working in any area of this adventure industry or wish to pursue guiding in one of many popular biking destinations. Training will give a mechanical understanding of the bicycle, outline accident response procedures, discuss group dynamics and trail etiquette, as well as offer an understanding of trail types and what riding is suited for various skill levels. This information will give participants the tools to assess other riders and supportively help riders progress in their abilities and appreciation of Mountain Biking.
Session runs from 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday bring your own lunch there will be an afternoon break both days.
