Jon worked for Catherine Freer Wilderness Therapy Programs and Santiam Crossing School from 2006 through 2011. He worked as a Wilderness River Guide, River and Swiftwater Rescue Trainer, Ropes Course Consultant/Trainer, Wilderness Therapy College Semester Consultant, and finally the PDCP Lead Consultant.
North Coast Adventure Centers is working with Santiam Crossing Boarding School to deliver a "first-of-its-kind" Professional Development Certification Program.
PDCP @ SC - Students will earn up to six certificates while enrolled at Santiam Crossing and some courses will include the option of college credits. Santiam Crossing is partnering with North Coast Adventure Centers and other nationally recognized organizations to provide this program. *Humboldt State University Extended Education courses (California State University) offered to Juniors and above with a 3.0 GPA or greater.
